Managing Director

Will Parco is the Principal and Founder of Parco Consulting based out of Kansas City, MO. He has a BS in Construction Management, an MBA and has attended AACE and PMI conferences for the past 10 years and presented a session at the last 2016 AACE Annual Meeting in Toroto, Ontario Canada.

Mr. Parco has over 25 years experience in the construction industry: his early years doing hands-on framing and concrete form setting; started his career by working as an on-site superintendent building numerous commercial office buildings, warehouses, and a religious institute building;  became a scheduling consultant on a $2.3B heavy highway reconstruction project; moved on to working for large national commercial general contractors performing extensive Project Management and Scheduling including several hospitals, additions, and renovations; and most recently worked on exceedingly detailed scheduling projects with many of the world's most technologically advanced companies.

From 2013-2016 Will accepted the position of Director of Planning and Scheduling for a Top 30 Contractor based in the Missouri while providing expert scheduling and claims support to 12 other nationwide offices. In addition to scheduling, his management responsibilities included hiring, training and managing an office of 7 other schedulers.

Prior to that position, Mr. Parco worked 16 years from 1997-2013 for a Top 60 Contractor in Utah. He spent his early years at the company wearing many hats as a scheduler, PE, IT manager, PM and Senior PM on varied projects, and eventually started specializing in the Healthcare, Advanced Technology, and Jail/Prison markets.

In 2003 Will was promoted to the Senior Corporate Scheduler directing and managing all of the scheduling activities at that company including overseeing projects and personnel for multiple offices across the country. He provided data and support for schedule claims and dispute resolution analysis, oversight and input on the creation, maintenance, and auditing for all schedules in all of the company’s Divisions.

He was responsible for training Project Managers, Superintendents, Project Engineers and others throughout the entire corporation in schedule usage, terminology, CPM theory and auditing practices. He prepared pre-construction schedules for corporation RFPs and RFQs and presented to clients and directed and trained a scheduling department of four schedulers.

In addition to his daily Scheduling and Management responsibilities, Will has prepared and presented claims for delays and damages due to disruptions and loss of productivity for numerous projects including a $180 million high end resort hotel in Vail, CO.  Additionally, Mr. Parco has provided scheduling and delay analysis for various projects including an OSHPD hospital in Palmdale CA.
